Refund Policy

Our Policy on Digital Products
All products sold on Lumora are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods — which are delivered instantly and cannot be returned — we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and the file has been delivered.
We take quality seriously. Every product is described accurately, with preview images, file formats, and a clear description of what's included. We encourage you to read the product page thoroughly before purchasing.
Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund
We will issue a full refund in the following situations:
- The file you received is corrupt, broken, or not as described
- You were charged more than once for the same product
- You did not receive the download link after payment
- The product is significantly different from what was shown on the product page
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date. Requests made after this window will not be considered.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@lumora.store with:
- Your order number (found in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email)
- The product name
- A brief description of the issue
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after download
- Incompatibility with software versions not listed in the product description
- Partial use of a product bundle
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
